My admiration for personal branding came from when my two careers collided - HR and recruitment, and marketing. I fell for helping people. Especially when I saw creatives, professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders who have the experience, rep, cred, and skills offline, but struggle to articulate their personal brand message and offer online.
